TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please take time to read these terms before purchasing your vouchers on www.thinkforensic.co.uk as these are the terms on which you will be purchasing vouchers with Think Forensic Ltd.
Voucher Booking
By purchasing a voucher with www.thinkforensic.co.uk you enter into an agreement with us. If you have purchased your voucher through a third-party website or agent, once your booking has been confirmed with Think Forensic Ltd, you then enter an agreement with us (Think Forensic Ltd). It is your responsibility to check carefully you are compliant with our (Think Forensic Ltd) terms and conditions. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date of your voucher. Think Forensic Ltd is not responsible for extending any third party voucher expiry dates, this must be done with the original voucher supplier.
Availability
Specific dates to take experiences cannot be guaranteed. We advise voucher holders to contact Think Forensic Ltd as soon as possible to book their experience with us, ideally 4 weeks in advance with ample time left before voucher expiry.
Restrictions
Think Forensic Ltd reserve the right to decline entry to participants aged 14 and under. This is due to the adult content included on our experience days. All attendees aged 14-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure anyone, in particular participants below the age of 16, are able to cope mentally with adult content in relation to serious crimes.

Please note, whilst every effort is made to provide accurate information when describing Think Forensic Ltd experiences, content may deffer slightly. Images displayed on www.thinkforensic.co.uk, our partner sites and in our literature are for illustration purposes only, equipment and activities may vary on the day.
Voucher Life
Vouchers purchased directly from www.thinkforensic.co.uk are valid for either 9 months from date of purchase or 12 months from date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly written on the voucher and the experience should be booked and taken before the expiry date. Any vouchers bought directly from www.thinkforensic.co.uk can be extended beyond the expiry date stated, however this will incur a £20 admin fee. Vouchers purchased from third party websites will also state voucher expiry and again should be used and the experience taken before expiry. Think Forensic Ltd are unable to extend or honour any vouchers which have expired.
Cancellation
In extreme circumstances and due to reasons out of our control, it may be necessary for Think Forensic Ltd to cancel or rescheduled an event. In this instance we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and re-arrange a suitable date free of charge. Think Forensic Ltd will not be liable for any costs such as travel, or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.
Once an experience is booked with Think Forensic Ltd, any cancellation made by you within 14 days of the experience will not be rescheduled and vouchers will be forfeited. Any cancellations within 15-30 days of the experience can be rescheduled but will be charged a 25% rebooking admin fee, 31-45 days will be charged 20% rebooking admin fee.
We cannot offer extensions or re-bookings on vouchers purchased under special offer.
Exchanges
Vouchers purchased directly from www.thinkforensic.co.uk can be exchanged for an alternative experience of equivalent value, vouchers can be upgraded to ones which cost more but the difference must be paid. Expired vouchers cannot be exchanged. If the chosen alternative is less expensive, we will issue an e-voucher for the difference to put towards a future purchase with Think Forensic Ltd. Vouchers purchased from third party suppliers will need to be exchanged with your original voucher supplier BEFORE you book a date with us. Once your experience date is booked with Think Forensic Ltd, you enter an agreement with us (Think Forensic Ltd) and no longer your voucher supplier.
Refunds
Vouchers purchased directly from www.thinkforensic.co.uk are not eligible for refunds. Vouchers purchased from third party websites is at their discretion. Please check your voucher supplier’s terms and conditions.
Safety and Insurance
By taking part in an experience with Think Forensic Ltd you accept the existence of personal risk. The company has public liability insurance in place but will not be held responsible for injury, loss or damage save to the extent caused by negligence of Think Forensic Ltd or it’s staff.
Spectators
Think Forensic Ltd cannot accommodate spectators due to limited space etc.
E-Vouchers and Postage
E-vouchers purchased from www.thinkforensic.co.uk are sent to the purchasers email address in PDF format during Think Forensic Ltd. office hours. (Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm). Any e-vouchers purchased outside of this time will be processed at our earliest convenience. E-vouchers are not subject to postage and packing fees. You are advised to print and bring a copy of your voucher (whether purchased from www.thinkforensic.co.uk or a third party supplier) to your experience. Printed vouchers purchased from www.thinkforensic.co.uk are sent by First Class Royal Mail post. We cannot be held liable for any cost or inconvenience caused due to delayed or lost mail.
Personal Data
We collect the following information which you give us:
· Your name
· Your contact details (email and mobile phone number)
· Any information relevant to the event you are attending e.g. voucher numbers and expiry dates
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. Details of tickets you have purchased or vouchers you have transferred, orders you have made and communication by telephone, in person or any other means. We will keep a record of the tickets you have purchased or spent with us to avoid repeating an experience you have previously attended. We do not keep records of financial transactions including card or bank details, those details are held by our third party payment provider.
Finally if you have interacted with us on social media we may contact you via those platforms. When you visit our website, we may collect technical data about the device you are using including your IP address, operating system and browser details. This is used to develop our web presence and look of our website.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information or data about you whatsoever.
